Terms and Conditions:

* Products must be returned in the exact condition you received them (this means brand new) and in the original box and/or packaging and manufacturers tags still affixed.
*If your product has been discontinued, or placed on closeout from the manufacturer; we will refund you the prevailing full and new product resale market value of the your product.
*If equipment or product purchased under any promotion or is discounted, or thru our affiliates, this 365 Day/One Year Return Policy does not apply and your return will fall under the "60/90/120 Day Return Policy."
* Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. * Opened software, music, games, and movies may be exchanged for the same title only.
* We will provide you with a return FedEx domestic label to return the purchase to us.
* Under qualifying circumstances, free shipping (if you received it) and return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
* Please send any products under warranty directly to the manufacturer after talking with K2 technical support.

Here is how it works:

Up to 60 days after your purchase date, you will receive 50% of the purchase price of the return of your used item in the form of K2 store credit towards future merchandise.
Between 61 and 90 days after your purchase date, you will receive 25% of the purchase price of the return of your used item in the form of K2 store credit toward future merchandise.
Between 91 days and 120 days after your purchase date, you will receive 10% of the purchase price of the returned used item in the form of K2 store credit toward future merchandise.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned pre-approved return item (minus the shipping and handling fees).
