To anyone who wants service and a great price, look no further then K-2. I wanted to buy a dive light while I was in transit from Canada to Australia with a stopover at LAX in L.A. and I tried to contact Hollywood Divers by email starting two weeks before my trip for several days and had no reply.
Finally I called them and they said no we sold out yesterday. That night at 9:30 p.m. I came across a website called K-2. I clicked on their live chat to enquire about a dive light. Immediately a lovely young women named Summer answered my request and told me they too had sold out but to hang-on as she'd call Tevis.
Tevis searched around and got me the light! Sold, but now how to get to the airport and back in time for my flight? Summer bravely volunteered Tevis saying customer service is what K-2 is all about. Tevis fought rush hour traffic and over 2 hours of driving to meet me at the airport to deliver the goods!
Not satisfied with this he even takes me out to dinner so he can show me some of the lights features.
Tevis showed me some of the sounds and sights of L.A. but most importantly he showed me what it means to be part of the K-2 family. I encourage everyone to try the K-2 difference and see what it is like to be treated like a precious commodity. Thanks K-2 and look forward to a dive together.

If the reason you came to us is because you want your item, you want it now, and you don’t want to wait for it. . . you came to the right place! We understand that you want it right now. Often, discounters have lower prices, but are “oh-so- sorry-we’re-out-of-it”, and try to sell you something else. We will either assemble it before it leaves the warehouse, or send it to a K2 instructor local to you. Yes you heard that right, we work with affilitated SCUBA Kayak, Freediving, Watersports, Swimming Instructors in virtually every state in the United States, that will consult with you free of charge and help you custom fit your already assembled gear, or. . . do nothing because you are an experienced diver. Warranty
K2 is an authorized Dealer for all products we carry so your amazing spank brand new thingamwhiz comes with the full Manufacturer’s warranty. That means, if it breaks, we exchange it out for a new one, upgrade needed, we handle it for you, if there is a grey area, we will go to bat for you with the manufacturer. The other guys, welp, the other unauthorized grey market guys with the spectacular low prices. . . g’luck! Warning: Unauthorized Dealers May Cost You Money Like your iPhone, scuba gear is backed by manufacturer's warranties. If you buy from K2, your authorized dealer, you will be notified in the event of a safety recall. The warranty is much more important with scuba gear, as this is life support equipment and Murphy ( of Murphy’s Law) is following you around at 130 feet of seawater. Every year the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) finds several scuba products that require recall. The Aqualung Titan was the latest recall September ‘08.
